Lobotix
Campaigns & audiences

Pick the moment, pick the people, and let it write the rest

A campaign in Lobotix is three decisions: when it fires, who qualifies, and what it should say. The engine handles the daily execution — including making sure nobody hears the same thing twice.

Triggers

Seven ways a campaign can fire

Every trigger runs against live CRM data, so the audience is recalculated fresh each day rather than frozen at the moment you built it.

On a birthday
Fires on the day, or any number of days before. Pet-care businesses get one per dog, not one per household.
A set time after each visit
The follow-up that asks how it went, or invites them back — anchored to their actual last visit, and sent once per visit.
When someone goes quiet
Win-backs at 30, 60, or 90 days of inactivity. Sends once per inactivity window, so nobody gets nagged weekly.
At visit milestones
Recognize the 10th, 25th, or 100th visit. Each milestone fires exactly once, per customer.
A set time after signup
The welcome sequence — reach a new customer while the first visit is still fresh.
On a repeating schedule
Every N days, for newsletters and recurring check-ins that should not depend on customer behavior.
One-time announcement
A broadcast to a filtered slice of your list, right now. Priced lower because it skips per-person AI writing.
Audience

Build the list by clicking, and watch the count update

The audience builder is a grid of plain-language conditions — last visit, visit count, signup date, upcoming bookings, stay type, pet age, contact channel. As you change them, the recipient count recalculates against your real customers.

One audience builder used everywhere — the campaign editor, the studio, and the preview all render the same grid
Live reach count, computed by the same code that picks recipients at send time
Filter on the fields your CRM actually provides — unsupported combinations are blocked before you can save them
Drill into the matched list and see the real customer rows, not just a number
Customers who opted out never appear in a send audience, regardless of filters
Writing

Every message written for one person

You write a brief — the goal, the tone, what to mention. Lobotix writes a distinct message per recipient using their name, their history, their last visit, and their pets.

A brief, not a template

Describe what the message should accomplish. No merge tags to maintain, and no two customers receiving identical text.

Or write it verbatim

For announcements and compliance-sensitive messages, write the exact copy yourself and Lobotix sends it as-is.

Setup wizard

Describe a campaign in plain language and it gets built for you — audience filters, trigger, timing, and brief included.

Starter library

20 ready-made campaigns you can subscribe to in a click, each with its own audience settings you can adjust per business.

Control

Read every message first, or none of them

Some owners want to approve each send for the first month and then stop looking. Both modes are first-class.

Approval queue

Generate a batch of messages, read them, edit or discard the ones you do not like, then approve. You are billed at approval — generating drafts is free.

Batch by batch

Set how many to generate at a time. Approve one batch and generate again to pick up where you left off, with no duplicates.

Test mode

Per campaign, not per account. A campaign in test mode routes everything to your inbox and cannot reach a customer even if the schedule fires.

Live progress

Watch a run advance in real time on the campaigns page — how many generated, how many sent, and what failed.
