Lobotix
Attribution & KPIs

The part every other tool leaves out: did it actually work?

Open rates do not pay rent. Lobotix matches your sends against real bookings in your CRM — including the customer who ignored the link and just walked in — and shows you what changed since you started.

Bookings, not clicks

Walk-ins count

Most attribution requires a click. In a service business that throws away most of your results — people read the birthday email on their phone, think “oh right,” and call you two days later. Lobotix credits a campaign when a customer creates a new booking within a window after receiving a message, whether or not they ever touched a link.

A booking only counts if it was CREATED after the send — bookings that already existed are never credited
One booking per campaign per customer, and one campaign per booking, so nothing is double-counted
Future stays count as soon as they are booked, not months later when they happen
Results are tiered by confidence: clicked, then opened, then message-only
Estimated revenue uses your own average booking value, not an industry guess
Before and after

Compare against the business you had last year

Campaign-level attribution can flatter itself. So Lobotix also tracks your monthly completed visits and splits them at the month you started sending — plus the same month a year earlier, to separate real lift from seasonality.

Monthly visit history

Pulled from your CRM as it syncs and accumulated over time, so the baseline keeps deepening the longer you run.

Before vs. after

Average monthly visits before your first real send, against the months since. The adoption month is excluded from both sides.

Year over year

This month against the same month last year — the check that your summer bump was not just summer.

No holdout groups

A deliberate choice: withholding messages from a slice of your customers to prove a point costs you real bookings. Everyone gets contacted.

Engagement

Who clicked what

Per-person click feed

Not just “14 clicks” — which customer clicked which button, on which campaign, and when.

Link-level detail

Booking links, review links, and offer passes are tracked separately, so you can see what people actually want from your emails.

Delivery reporting

Accepted, delivered, bounced, and complained — real numbers when you send through SendGrid or Resend.

Opt-out ledger

Every unsubscribe and resubscribe recorded as an event, counting departures rather than clicks, so a single person cannot inflate the number.
